English as a second language

English as a Second Language (ESL) classes strengthen English reading, writing, listening and speaking skills for employment, college and career technical classes, and student success. Classes are available for beginning, intermediate and advanced level ESL learners.

Fall 2024 Registration Schedule

Classes start on Monday, Aug. 19, or Tuesday, Aug. 20. Registration for any Kishwaukee College Adult Education class (Illinois High School Diploma, English as a Second Language, etc.) can be completed at any location. Please allow three hours for registration and assessment testing. Call 815-825-9420 or email adulted@kish.edu to schedule a registration appointment.
